URMC Shared Instruments

To use a Shared Instrument, go to Designer within your project. On the Designer page, click the button to Upload an instrument ZIP file from another project/user. Once you upload the ZIP file, the instrument will appear in your list of Data Collection Instruments on the Designer page.

The template, originally developed by the Wilmot Cancer Institute, has already undergone review by institutional leadership.
