CTSA Program Call for Pilots for the Informatics Common Metrics (ICM)

The aim of the Informatics Common Metric is to improve discovery opportunities within and among CTSA Progam hubs through metrics that encourage clinical data repository quality and harmonization across hubs.

The purpose of this survey is twofold: 1) To gather data model information from all the hubs; and 2) To request pilot site participation. Although this survey has been sent to the Principal Investigators at the hub, we recommend that you work with the Informatics Lead at your institution to respond to the survey questions.

Please answer the following questions on behalf of your hub to help the CLIC Common Metrics team prepare to pilot the Informatics Common Metric (ICM). There should be only one response per hub. This survey should take 5 minutes or less to complete.

The survey asks what repository or warehouse you use or plan to use and what you would be using for this metric. The options are: OMOP, PCORnet, i2b2/ACT, i2b2/TriNetx or other i2b2 data model.

Pilot sites complete the entire ICM sequence, including: complete pilot test training, participate in conference calls and webinars, collect and enter metric data into an online pilot test Scorecard, conduct initial Turn-the-Curve planning, and complete surveys and informant interviews.
