2018 CEI Annual Survey

The purpose of this survey is to help us understand your current and emerging educational, training, and capacity-building needs. We will use this information to address these needs and offer clinically relevant, up-to-date education and training on current topics in HIV, HCV, STDs and substance use. This survey is conducted by the Clinical Education Initiative (CEI), a New York State Department of Health AIDS Institute program. The survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete. All of your answers will remain anonymous. Your responses will be combined with those of others and as a summary score (no names will be used). Evaluation and publication of responses across all of the organizations that participate in this survey will only be in aggregate (summarized) form, and no individuals or settings will be identified. Your participation is voluntary and if you choose not to participate, this will in no way harm your relationship with our organization.
