The "Tips and Tricks in Interpreting Flow Cytometry Data" seminar, presented by the Cytometry Shared Resource (CSR) Team, will be held on Tuesday, April 14th in the Lower Adolph Auditorium (URMC 1-7619) at noon and cover proper panel design, controls, and sample preparation; expanded research possibilities using spectral flow cytometry; gating strategies, and a real world example of panel optimization from the Calvi Lab focused on transitioning from traditional to spectral flow cytometry!
