- URMC Users: Users with a URMC account should use their URMC credentials to log in to REDCap.
- External Users: A URMC account sponsor will need to request a Guest URMC Account for the external user. For more information regarding external users please reference the REDCap Access for External Users guide.
Are you an external user and need to reset your password?
- For users with a URMC Active Directory guest account - all university related passwords can be managed through myIdentity Self Service by logging in with your NetID and password. If you cannot remember your NetID, you can retrieve your NetID account name, by clicking the Forgot NetID? link on the myIdentity Self Service login page and then inputting your URID and date of birth. If you cannot remember your URID, please contact your sponsor. Please contact ISD (585.275.3200) with any additional questions.
- For users with a local REDCap account (account created before 01/01/2023) - click the Forgot your password? link next to the login button on the REDCap login page.
